The history is staggeringly accurate. Details that shaped the lives and circumstances of those involved with an overwhelming conclusion that fashioned and molded lives along the way. Hidden details under a veil within the Old Testament, that show a preeminent mind weaving his plan throughout.
One can only imagine the thoughts that entered Joseph’s mind while sitting for 3 years in prison. Did he question God about why his life was turning into a disaster, with his own brothers full of envy that led to him being sold off like livestock?
Three years is a long time to think while sitting in a dungeon. Surely the dreams he had previously, gave him hope as he clung to God and His plan.
One can only contemplate the rationalizations entering Joseph’s thoughts. Certainly, he had no idea the vast far-reaching implications as these disasters, one after another unfolded in his life while God was busy carving out his plan like a vessel is shaped and molded and the parallel reflecting the beautiful face of the Messiah.

Filling in the blanks
When we see details come alive reflecting a picture that God wants to convey, then if it is truly a real template of events then the information for the Old and New Testaments will align dramatically without forcing any idea into the scriptures. The scriptures speak for themselves and this pattern from the Old to the New Testament will have alignments that make sense to the whole.
We have the facts in the New Testament, and if we’re on the right track then these facts will align perfectly in Genesis.
We would naturally expect Joseph the type of Messiah will be born in Bethlehem-Or at least something significant to occur that makes sense in the timeline.
It is God who gave this timeline and it’s up to us to dig deep and uncover the treasure.
The timeline above in the comparison between Joseph and Jesus is found in Genesis that occurs in precise chronological order.
Reading The Artist’s Hand the types of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are clearly weaved within a veil that reveals aspects of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and then Joseph in the graph presented above as the Messiah type that is found in the life of Joseph.
We should look at Genesis carefully before Joseph is sold and taken to Egypt to glean more information to fill in the gaps or to get a larger picture that coincides with New Testament events that should reveal details that will pertain to the life of Jesus or at least details that pertain directly to Israel.
